Botkyrka municipality, Stockholm Public Transport, and the property owners of Hallunda Mall are now carrying out a parallel assignment. Architects at RB Arkitektur have been assigned to design Hallunda's future mall. The project will start during 2011/2012 with the purpose of giving Hallunda a clear identity with an urban character through renewing the mall's four entrances along with other measures such as a new bus station, new connections to the mall from the subway, an additional 12,000m2 for retailing, and approximately 12,000m2 for planned housing.
Willys in Lund Expands Its Surface Area
Willys, Axfood's grocery store, will expand its surface area with another 1000m2 during 2009. The grocery, located at Magistratsvägen 22 in Lund, will both be rebuilt and expanded. The project is estimated to be ready in November, 2009.
KappAhl Established in Plushuset Mall in Avesta
During 2009, the surface area of Plushuset in Avesta will be optimized. KappAhl will set up a store of approximately 800 m2 in the mall. The current basement plan will be adapted to the increased surface area.
The new Angered Mall was inaugurated on November 29, 2008. The street Innegatan was dedicated after rebuilding, which began on August 26. In total, SEK 30 million have been invested in this project. Listed below are the new establishments in Angered Mall.
There has also been mall restructuring. The B&B store and other stores have moved from Norrhuset to Innegatan.
The Skellefteå Arcade
The arcade is planned to be rebuilt during 2009 to expand the supply of items for sale.

During 2009, Violen (Violet) in Katrineholm will be rebuilt with stores such as Netto, which will establish a grocery store in the mall. Currently, there are 700 m2 of available commercial space for one store.

Development continues in Angered, part of Gothenburg, where a new hospital is expected to be built in cooperation with the City of Gothenburg and the region of Västra Götaland. Development plans include additional space for commerce.
The Angered Mall is one of the properties included in ISP company (Investea Sweden Properties A/S), which is listed on the stock exchange.
