Anders B Lundh is the Managing Director of Omniagruppen Real Estate Management AB and a Member of the Board since 2010. He is a graduate economist from the University of Uppsala. Anders B Lundh has vast experience from asset- and property management, with shopping centers and retail as his speciality. He has previously held management positions with leading Swedish real estate companies such as Skandia and Atrium. He has been a director with Donaldsons and the Managing Director of F&C REIT Asset Management in Sweden. In addition he has experience from the shipping- and tourism industry where he was the CEO of Finnish Shipping company Eckerö Linjen.
Anders B Lundh has been on the board of directors of companies in various industries including Real Estate, Accounting, Retail, Marketing and the Travel industry. He was a Director of the Swedish Passenger Shipping Association as well as a Director of the Åland Tourism Board.
Carries out development and building products on its own from start to finish. It also represents the property owner as building proprietor for reconstruction and extensions. We also manage purchasing for technical operations, maintenance and supervision. Omniagruppen Real Estate Management makes specific purchases at the customer's request based on the customer needs.
Since the fall of 2007, Omniagruppen Real Estate Management (previously Omniagruppen Fastighetsförvaltning AB) has made three strategic acquisitions.
During the fall of 2007, we acquired the financial management of Dalkia Facilities Management AB.
We also acquired the financial management of Scanpark Nordic AB that same half year.
On July 1, 2008, we acquired YIT's management organization and two new offices were established in Västerås and Lund. Since this acquisition, Omniagruppen Real Estate Management has been responsible for the financial administration and management for the British company F&C REIT Asset Management's property in Sweden as well as the management for Northern Logistic Property ASA (NLP).
Also works with transactions, acquiring/selling properties and maintains a high degree of expertise.
