Omniagruppen AB, founded in 1990, has developed malls and commercial centers all over Sweden for 19 years. Omniagruppen's foremost project has been developing retailing in Avesta.   Omniagruppen AB stands behind two successful commercial centers in Avesta, Plushuset and the commercial center Dalahästen. Omniagruppen AB has not only owned and managed commercial properties. Its list of accomplishments also includes two successful projects:  the construction of senior housing in Norrtälje and the cultural property Varmbadhuset in Gothenburg.

Omniagruppen Fastighetsförvaltning AB  was founded in 2005. Thus, a new direction of business operations began and the commercial development of  real estate commerce took on completely new significance. For the first time, the newly established company assumed responsibility for property not owned by Omniagruppen AB. Omniagruppen Fastighetsförvaltning AB managed and developed its real estate assignments as though it owned the property, which remains its strength today. One of Omniagruppen Fastighetsförvaltning's  first and foremost assignments, developing the mall Hallunda Centrum south of Stockholm, was valued at SEK 280 million when purchased in 2005. Given our proven expertise, the property today is appraised at SEK 460 million and listed on the OMX-Copenhagen stock exchange. The turnover for Omniagruppen Fastighetsförvaltning AB's was SEK 14.3 million in 2007.  

Business operations in Omniagruppen Fastighetsförvaltning were transferred to Omniagruppen Real Estate Management, which was founded at the end of 2007 to 2008. The company has 29 employees and 170 real estate assignments in 80 places in Sweden and Finland. The headquarters are in Stockholm with offices in Västerås, Katrineholm, and Skellefteå.
